KPA EtherCAT Slave Stack 2 for FreeRTOS is now available as version 2.6.1202.0. Building on 2.6.911.0, which introduced support for the Texas Instruments AM243x-LP board, this release extends the AM243x-LP integration with interrupt-driven ESC handling.
It replaces polling for EtherCAT events on the platform, which can reduce CPU load and improve response to stack events in FreeRTOS-based slave applications.
